Canceled registration for events requiring payment will result in a credit to your account. Credited funds remain available in your account for the remainder of the current membership year, if unused these funds are forfeited. Credits cannot be applied to membership renewal fees. Family Karate Class at USSD

About this event

United Studios of Self Defense will be hosting a Family Karate class for Burlingame Parents Club. Come learn karate for yourself and for your little ones. This activity is designed for children ages 4 and older. 

Workshop Schedule:

  • 1. Split Adults and Kids into 2 groups for 35mins
    • Kids - will learn basic blocks and punches, play some coordination games and self-defense techniques
    • Adults - will work on self-defense techniques
  • 2. Parents and Kids together for the last 15mins
